Gym

Have you ever went to the gym and looked at the person you want to become but it is just not happening?
Well that's what happend to me, I started going to gym year a go. Back then I was really skinny and short so I decided to put on some muscles and get bigger. Most of my time I spend sitting in the office, working. I was working in the internet help desk department at the time and didn't want to remain lazy. Fair enough I went to the nearest gym to look at the current plans and rates. So I found my plan and signed up. Guy that was working there at the time showed me around, I was very nervous as I have never been to gym before. Thoughts of someone watching me and you don't really look like the person for gym was running through my head at the time. All in all he ended up showing me few exercises I can do while I wait for my personal trainer. I was like ok because I didn't have much options. That day went quick I did a few exercises that made my body shake because my muscles just started to work. Next day I went in and did the same exercises as before. One of the trainers approached me and said that I have to do some cardio as well. You see I didn't know this stuff at the time but I have learned quickly.

So the month goes by and I don't see much improvments and that personal trainer I was suppose to get didn't happen. I didn't feel like I needed him anymore, I met one of my friends in there and he showed me few extra exercises. He gave me some advise which I still use. We started to go to gym together which made it a lot of fun, when I was alone I had no one to talk to and my mind was bored just focusing on the exercises. It is always good to go to gym with a friend or relative. As days goes by I started to realize what I was doing is wrong. I was practicing My Chest, my back and biceps in the same day. Next day I would do shoulder and legs etc. Mixed kind of way.

I then started to go on the internet and find more information about bodybuilding. I was really into it. Fair enough I found few websites that may look like they know what they talking about, what they were saying is I need to practice different set of muscles each day. From Head to toe, Monday to Friday. It said I had to eat a lot to gain fat and to eat a lot of protein based foods.
So I did, not long aferwards I started to get sick and I could see my self getting fatter. I would eat 4 times a day, approximatelly 1.0k of calories intake a day. I then started to be more lazy and that cardio that was recommended to me was ignored.

Few weeks later and I have gained few kilos. My belly started to pop out. At the time I would get really imbarrassed because of it but I didn't give up hope. I went back on the net and looked for more information. I stumbled onto this website that mentions protein powders and how they should be used in conjuction with daily meals. So I went out and got a protein shake for my self, I believe the name of it was BULK. What this one does is it increases the size of your muscle, helps you gain muscle mass. This one did help me gain something alright, it helped me gain few extra kilos. After 3 weeks of using it it ran out, I then went out there hoping that the new brand I choose will be better. Next one didn't really help at all, so I bought another one before I could finish the first one. So I did some mixing and the outcome would be very bad. I started to have diareea and stomach aches. My had started to hurt at the time and I couldnt concetrate much in the gym.

I met this guy at my work that knows about bodybuilding somewhere mid year 2008. He had with him a book and on that book would be arnold shwarzeneger as a cover page. It would read art of bodybuilding. This book is really magnificant as it shows and explains differnet type of aspects. Exercises and supplement as well as healthy lifestyle was all in there. Book is around 500 pages big, really massive and heavy. So I asked him if he goes to gym and he said yes. I asked him If we could go together then he could show me stuff I don't know. He agreed...

To be continued...
